Pamela S., June 2020: I am deaf with Bilateral Cochlear Implants. Talking on the phone is my biggest life challenge. I LOVE Zoom and all things visual, but talking on the phone to someone I can’t “see to hear” makes me cringe. I found InnoCaption several years ago. It is a life saver for me. I needed to call AT&T today about internet service and it would have been impossible for me! It was a LONG conversation, but my transcriber stuck with it and I got my issues resolved. Judith G., December 2020: I just got this app and my thought process was, “where have you been all my life?” Super reliable and you can make all your calls forward to the app. They send you an email when you first sign up and in that email it tells you how to use the same number you already have. Great app! Highly recommended!
