The InnoCaption Team had a busy 2021! From developing and releasing several new updates to being recognized for expanding accessibility in telecommunications and winning several
awards, we couldn’t have been prouder of everything we were able to accomplish over the past year. Although we were all sad that we didn’t get to travel as often, our team participated in numerous virtual webinars where we got the pleasure to meet many of our users.

In this newsletter, you’ll find some of the things our team was really excited about in 2021. As always, we would not have been able to accomplish them and be here today without your constant support and feedback. Major Announcement: DeskView Update

We were very excited to have launched our DeskView outbound calling feature earlier this year. DeskView originally allowed users to mirror the captions from the InnoCaption app on a web browser, enabling users to view captions on a much larger computer screen. Based on popular demand, we recently added the ability to make outbound calls straight from this same web portal, without the need to make calls from your smartphone. Better Design, More Features: InnoCaption App Redesign

At InnoCaption, our mission is to offer the best telecommunications accessibility solution to the deaf and hard of hearing community. Our users drive our innovation and we heard from many of you requesting tweaks to the InnoCaption App – which we happily obliged. Our engineering team was hard at work creating a more user-friendly app, with new features including spam call filter, Spanish ASR captions, and visual voicemail. Users can customize the font, size, background color, and more!

Did you know the new InnoCaption app can automatically mirror your phone’s Dark and Light Mode settings? Go to Settings > Appearance > Auto-Dark Mode
