I am deaf with Bilateral Cochlear Implants. Talking on the phone is my biggest life challenge. I LOVE Zoom and all things visual, but talking on the phone to someone I can’t “see to hear” makes me cringe. I found InnoCaption several years ago. It is a life saver for me. I needed to call AT&T today about internet service and it would have been impossible for me! It was a LONG conversation, but my transcriber stuck with it and I got my issues resolved. Thanks, InnoCaption for helping me live my life!
I just got this app and my thought process was, “where have you been all my life?” Super reliable and you can make all your calls forward to the app. They send you an email when you first sign up and in that email it tells you how to use the same number you already have. Great app! Highly recommended!
Oh my gosh. I just found this today, and being deaf, this app opens up a whole new world for me. I talked to my daughter today, a REAL phone call, no operators, no second party to lip sync to me what is being said. Not to mention what it does for me and my work. We have been struggling for 2 years to make things work for me with my job, and this has answered nearly every question, removed every road block I have experienced. I am extremely grateful for this.
I cannot say enough about this app and their tech support team, which goes above and beyond. I live in a rural area where the WiFi is unstable and cell network has a weak signal. I was able to get connected and love feeling connected to the world again. I haven’t been able to talk on the phone for years. I learned a lot about technology connectivity and tribulations in the process.
