Have you ever found yourself repeatedly pressing “0” to get through a computerized phone system because it just does not understand your speech? You are not alone! 38% of InnoCaption users surveyed expressed a desire for InnoCaption to allow them to type responses that are automatically read aloud to the other person on the line when they are not being understood. Joe Duarte, our co-CEO, has also experienced frustrations with automated phone systems and we are excited to announce that we now have a solution! With Text-to-Speech, users are able to type short responses and have it converted to speech automatically during phone calls.
