I’ve only been using this app for a few days, and I am in love with it. InnoCaption+ gives me consistently good captioning, allows me to have my caller ID show up on other people’s phones, and most importantly, forwards calls to my phone to their number so I don’t have to update all my contacts with a new number. I’m actually answering my cell phone now and can understand callers. It’s wonderful!
My husband started a new job one week before the pandemic shutdown. Since working from home, mostly on the phone, he has been struggling day after day. The other day I thought to myself, we have planes that fly without a pilot - there has to be something to help the hard of hearing on a cell phone. Sure enough, I found this app and installed it right away. He loves it! It’s a game changer and his new boss already said they can tell the difference with his understanding of the conversation.
